During nationwide disruptions, Natural Starr remains committed to getting your orders to you with care and efficiency. Our small but dedicated team works daily to make sure you can continue to rely on us—because we know your self-care routine matters.


Shipping Delays & What to Expect

The majority of our shipments are handled through USPS. While we process and ship orders promptly, delays may occur once packages are in USPS’s possession.

You may notice a delay between when your package is dropped off and when tracking updates begin. We kindly ask that you allow 48–72 hours for tracking to reflect movement.

Please also note that USPS has, at times, suspended service guarantees for First Class and Priority Mail due to nationwide conditions. As a result, delivery times may be extended by an additional 24–48 hours beyond standard expectations.

  • Most orders arrive within 10 days of purchase
